Father - Son Weekend
is a great opportunity for fathers, uncles, or granddads to spend one-on-one time with the special boy in their life. Set work aside for a couple of days! Build lasting memories as you enjoy a variety of activities together--forest or beach hikes, trail rides, archery, riflery, table games or ping pong, canoeing, rowing, sailing, group games such as floor hockey, devotionals and firesides. This may be just the time you need to cultivate that important relationship.
Father - Daughter Weekend
Hey, dad! You're the most important man in your daughter's life. Show her that she's important to you, too, by giving her your undivided attention. Bring her to Camp Homewood's Father-Daughter Weekend and enjoy a variety of activities with her—canoeing, sailing, archery, riflery, horseback riding, and more. Make a memory with her—you'll always be glad you did.
Home School Family Camp
is a time for families to escape life's hurried pace and enjoy relaxed time together. Build lasting memories as you participate in a host of special activities--forest or beach hikes, horseback riding, archery, riflery, table games or ping pong, canoeing, rowing, sailing, group games such as floor hockey or pictionary, and camp fire sing-a-longs. Network with other families, share homeschooling ideas, make new friends. Topical workshops by fellow homeschooling parents attending camp are offered when available.
New Years Family Camp
fills up quickly. Many families return each year for this unique experience. Whether you like lots of activity and excitement or a quiet, restful place, Homewood is the place for you. Activities include archery, riflery, horseback riding, canoeing, sailing, floor hockey, basketball, a talent show, a special speaker, carol sing, movie night, games, and a special teen outing!
Valenteen Weekend
is Homewood's North Island retreat for youth groups and their sponsors. It's a great opportunity to reach teens for Christ and to encourage young Christians in their faith. Christian youth can meet other young people of like faith and are encouraged to invite their non-churched friends. It is also a wonderful time for youth sponsors to exchange ideas. The weekend includes a special speaker, good music, films, games, archery, riflery, horseback riding, canoeing, sailing, floor hockey, a talent show, making new friends, and lots more!
Teens registering individually (not through a youth group) must fill out and sign an application/statement of conduct. Spaces for individuals without an accompanying adult are limited, so apply early.
Mother - Son Weekend
is a time for mothers and sons of all ages to escape the hustle of everyday life and relax together. Forget about answering the phone, preparing meals, washing dishes, and running all over town. Put on your play clothes and have a good time! Choose from a variety of activities--forest or beach hikes, trail rides, archery, riflery, table games or ping pong, canoeing, rowing, sailing, group games such as floor hockey, devotionals and firesides. Build lasting memories with that special young man in your life.
Mother - Daughter Weekend
is a time for mothers and daughters of all ages to break from the busyness of everyday life. No phones to answer, no dishes to wash, no laundry to fold. Just relax and play together. Choose from a myriad of fun activities--horseback riding, crafts, forest or beach hikes, archery, riflery, table games, canoeing, rowing, sailing, devotionals and firesides. Build lasting memories with that special young lady in your life.
