Camp Homewood was founded in 1944 as the Pacific Coast Children’s Mission. Camp Homewood’s mission is to present the love of God and the claims of Christ on an individual's life in an unthreatening atmosphere through quality programmes and caring relationships, utilizing God's creation. As a mission we cannot do this without the help from you, our donors and volunteers since we try to keep reasonable rates for everyone to be able to come and encounter the life changing experience for themselves. Bursary Fund - Homewood runs on volunteer energy. We could not accomplish our mission without our summer staff. The majority of our volunteers are college students who have decided to serve God in this unique way instead of getting summer jobs to provide for rising tuition costs. The bursary fund is dedicated to those college students so that they can still come and impact the next generation while furthering their education.

 

Camperships - We think every child should have the opportunity to come to camp and experience the great outdoors, create life long friendships and learn about God. Sadly, not every one can come due to financial difficulties. This can changed by your donation. Give a child the summer of a lifetime!

 

Homewood Restoration - Our main lodge has served us well the past 30 years, offering thousands of campers a taste of camp all year round! There are some tune ups that are needed and we are reaching out to you, our faithful donors for help. The lodge is a place where life changing moments have occurred. Fun firesides, inspiring messages and rejuvenating times on the deck with a cup of coffee. Will you join us in restoring the main lodge so that more campers can enjoy what Homewood has to offer?
